Inmate in neighboring cell to escapees was beaten and suffocated after Cuomo visit.

In suit naming Governor Cuomo, New York State troopers and corrections officers, Leo Glickman shows how Cuomo indirectly green-lighted the abuse and assault of client and inmate Patrick Alexander in effort to get information on location of the escapees.
